Hellenic national team manager

John Van t’ Schip - Aron Winter - Michael Valkanis

Hellenic Football Federation asked our consultation regarding the future coach of Greece National Team in summer 2019. The request was a coach with ability to create a group that can play modern attacking and high intensity football, bringing into the squad younger players as well.

We proposed the group of John Van t’ Schip, Aron Winter and Michael Valkanis as the right option for this project. The improvement and transformation of Greece National Team performance is already obvious, according to statistics and experts, so we are happy with our proposal!

From the academy to the German and Dutch championships

Vangelis Pavlidis

An example of managing a player from a small academy and reaching him to Greek National Team and Eredivisie in the Netherlands !

Vangelis Pavlidis was playing in Bebides 2000 Academy in 2015 when his parents approached our company. Their intention was their son to receive football education abroad in the Netherlands or Germany so that he can have more chances to succeed on a professional level.

In a 5 month period we arranged 3 trials in Netherlands and Germany and Vangelis signed a contract with Vfl Bochum. Playing in the competitive Bundesliga U17 and U19 gave valuable experience to Vangelis as well as intense scouting from clubs in the area. His debut in 1st team of Vfl Bochum and 2nd Bundesliga and youth national team experience, as well as the loan period in BVB Dortmund II gave him the time and space to improve himself under the guidance of good coaches and vs TOP level opponents and teammates.

Finally since Vangelis was not getting his chance in 1st team of Vfl Bochum and at the age of 21 he was mature enough we arranged a transfer to Willem II in competitive Eredivisie. Dutch leagues have a tradition on nurturing young players and giving Strikers the right
